Susanna Lukkarinen (born 1976) is a Finnish award-winning jazz vocalist, pianist, and composer. Susanna, who completed a master’s degree in jazz music at the Sibelius Academy in 2011 and studied jazz voice and composition at the famous Berklee College of Music has released three solo albums. The latest of them, Perfume River, was released in October 2023.

Susanna’s music is influenced by jazz and world music, especially Brazilian music, and has strong roots in Nordic music tradition. Susanna has performed at festivals in Scandinavia, the USA, Asia, and multiple countries in Europe. As a solo artist, she achieved international attention by winning the 2nd prize at the jazz voice competition at the Montreaux Jazz Festival, in 2003.

Besides being a solo artist she is the founding member of the internationally acclaimed a cappella group Club For Five and worked in the group as a singer, composer, and arranger between 2000-2021. With Club For Five she has released 12 studio albums, six of which have sold gold and won international awards for arranging and composing music for vocal groups.

Susanna has throughout her career performed as a singer and a guest soloist in various small bands, and numerous records and musical projects. She has also collaborated as a soloist with the UMO Helsinki Jazz Orchestra, Air Force Big Band, and Tampere Philharmonic Orchestra just to name a few. She is an active and well-liked vocal teacher having experience from the Sibelius-Academy and the Espoo Music Institute, Ebeli.
